  • How do I go from JR Sakuragicho Station to the hotel?

    Exit from the east exit (Minato Mirai direction) of the south ticket gate at JR Sakuragi-Cho Station and proceed directly to the plaza in front of the station. Then, walk to the right of the plaza (under the pedestrian bridge) and cross the Sakuragi-Cho Station Intersection in the direction of Pepper Lunch. Continue walking straight ahead. When you see the Yokohama Sakuragi-Cho Post Office on your right, cross over the pedestrian crossing at the Sakuragi-Cho Station Front Intersection on your right. As you walk straight ahead, a pedestrian bridge will come into view up in front of you. Cross over the Bentenbashi Bridge, and you will immediately encounter an intersection with a traffic light. Cross through in the direction of the Family Mart convenience store, and go straight. Turn left at the road (Irifune Doori).under the pedestrian bridge.

  • Is there a parking space?

  • How do I go from Haneda Airport to the hotel?

    Get off at Yokohama Station on the Keihin Kyuko Line. From Yokohama Station, change to the JR Negishi Line and get off at Sakuragi-Cho Station. The entire trip will take approximately 40 minutes.You can also take the Y-CAT Limousine Bus from Haneda Airport, getting off at the Y-CAT Terminal near Yokohama Station. Then, with your back to the Yokohama Sky Building, walk in the direction of the Yokohama Porta shopping center, and you will see the east entrance to Yokohama Station.

  • How do I go from Narita Airport to the hotel?

    Take the JR Narita Express and get off at Yokohama Station. From Yokohama Station, change to the JR Negishi Line, and get off at Sakuragi-Cho Station. The entire ride will take approximately 1 hour, 40 minutes.You can also take the Y-CAT Limousine Bus from Narita Airport, getting off at the Y-CAT Terminal near Yokohama Station. Then, with your back to the Yokohama Sky Building, walk in the direction of the Yokohama Porta shopping center, and you will see the east entrance to Yokohama Station.

  • Can I extend my check-out time?

    This depends on the time frame of your desired extension and room availability. If the room is available, we can permit an extension for a charge of ¥1,000 per hour.

  • Does the hotel have a night curfew?

    There is no particular curfew. Our staff is on duty 24 hours a day and you can leave and return to the hotel at any time. However, we do ask that if you intend to arrive the hotel after 22:00, please notify us in advance.

  • Can I use my computer in the hotel?

    Yes, you can. You are able to use our wireless LAN network inside the hotel and in the guest rooms.

  • What about smoking restrictions and smoking areas?

    Smoking is not permitted in the hotel interiors (restaurants, lobbies, and offices) nor in any of the 129 guest rooms.
    You can smoke only in the Smoking Room on the 1st floor lobby.

  • When does a cancellation fee apply?

    Our Cancellation Policy is that a cancellation fee applies if a cancellation is made starting 3 days before check in.

    Day of Check In 80% of room charge
    Day Before Check In 50% of room charge

    From 3 Days Before Check In 20% of room charge

  • Can I ship my luggage to your hotel?

    We will accept luggage sent to us by a courier service before you arrive. When shipping off your luggage to us, write in the hotel’s address below your name on the shipping label. Please be aware that we cannot accept the luggage if your name does not appear on the shipping label.

  • Can I leave my luggage with you?

    We can accept your luggage for safe keeping at the Front Desk at any time.
    We can even accept your luggage during the early morning hours, so simply bring your luggage to the Front Desk at a time convenient for you. In addition, you can also leave your luggage with us after checking out. If you need us to take care of your luggage, simply let us know when you depart.
